Warranty & Return Policy
Please contact us directly for a copy of the warranty.
We offer two years warranty, within the warranty, we will be responsible for repair products failure for free in factory, should product could not be repaired, problem products will be replaced with new products.
Warranty does not cover service or replacements made necessary by any external cause including without limitation, rust, corrosion, lightning, fire, theft, acts of nature, negligence, misuse, abuse, alteration, installation, delivery, unauthorized repairs, power failure or shortage.
Products may be returned for refund or replacement within 30 days of the purchase date. Returned merchandise must be unused, in original packaging and include all accessories. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
DVR and Cameras may be returned for repair up to 1 year from the purchase date.we will assist in the repair procedure in any way we can to expedite the process. Buyer will be responsible for the shipping fee to return the time and Seller will be take care of freight charge of sending back after product well repaired.
Prior to any return, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be obtained by contacting the seller. Any products returned to us without an RMA will be sent back to the buyer at his/her expense. The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning any merchandise.
